Mill Street is a long, dead straight road with businesses and further housing developments at its southern end. Residents have long campaigned for traffic calming and a 20 zone in this street. Staggering the parking is impractical, because front doors open straight onto the street on the western side. The problem is not severe enough to make the street a priority for humps, but build-outs should be tried.
