Make it easier to walk along Botley Road (Outer)

Between Seacourt and Binsey Lane the pavement on the north side is uncomfortably shared with cyclists. Quite a lot of pedestrians walk in from Seacourt, and linking together the sections of back pavement would make this a more attractive route, and avoid most of the conflicts with cyclists.

Create a back pavement in the grassed area in front of the Volvo garage. This land is believed to be public/highway (though the garage seems to overflow onto it).
The back pavement to Osney Court can be blocked by parked cars – these need to be encouraged to move.
Create a back pavement in front of Osney Court.
Switch cyclists to the road edge on the bridge over Bullstake Stream.
Make a link to the back pavement outside Halfords.
