Binsey Lane
This is a wide side street which crosses a very narrow bridge and becomes a lane to Binsey. The lane gives access to a golf driving range, a Pick-Your-Own farm, a popular pub (currently being rebuilt after a fire), the path to the river, and Binsey Church. There is no pavement, but quite a large number of pedestrians (and cyclists). The national speed limit applies. Chopping and changing the speed limit, to match the features of the road, would be a simple and cheap way to advertise that a slow speed is more appropriate.
