West Oxford Community Plan Local people in West Oxford have started to create a community plan for the neighbourhood. The community plan identifies the key issues for local people and what needs to be done to make them happen- either by local people or other organisations Community plans, based on robust local consultation, can feed into city and countywide strategies, helping to priorities the things that matter to people in West Oxford. So far, the group have been working on four main issues:
